A first happened here at the Kristoff mailbox the other day- I received my first free book from a publisher for book review purposes.
Now, I think I've desired that moment since about the first time I had to do a book report in elementary school. That's when I first thought, 'this would be a cool job...'
They sent me a press pack and everything, asking me if I wanted to interview the author...
And supposedly another book is on its way! Whoopee!
Look for a short review after the weekend on ODAJF, and a longer one a little later on (I'm reading the book, but one can only read so fast...)
I've been thinking about interviews lately. I was thinking of trying to interview Richard Louv and Michelle Obama. I am sure they could find 15 minutes for our humble site, right?
